On April 1, 2010 We closed on/sold our first home in Waikapu, and closed on/bought our new home back in Kihei. We were so blessed by this opportunity to sell and buy our Spencer Homes. We were able to modify our new home a bit too. So wide doors, and hallways and spacious bathrooms,preparing for whatever our Zachy Boy may need.
We love being back in Kihei, so close to work, grandparents and the beach! Not like we were so far before, but the 15-20 min. each way really does make a big difference on the work days.

Easter was a fun celebration down at the property where my parents horses are in Makena. It was so fun for all the groms to have an Easter Egg Hunt together!
